Engineering Technologies
The Engineering Technologies program is a college prep program for students who want to explore the fast growing career fields in technology, engineering, networking, architecture, computer hardware and software, design and manufacturing, and robotics. Students who complete this program and then go on to a two year or four year college program will have a large number of high paying job opportunities available to them. This program prepares you for a career path that has tremendous growth and earning potential.
Engineering Technologies I/II (Course# 70845) – Morning Option
This class meets on A and B (green and gold) days in the morning from 8:50 to 11:15. Students earn 2 elective credits, ½ Science credit and ½ Math credit upon completion of this class. Both first and second year students are welcome in this morning class.
Engineering Technologies I/II- (Course# 70845) – Afternoon Option
This class meets each afternoon from 11:50 to 2:05. Students earn 3 elective credits, ½ Science credit and ½ Math credit upon completion of this class. Both first and second year students are welcome in this afternoon class.
Prerequisite for the First Year Student: This class is open to all 10th, 11th and 12th graders who have earned a "B" or better in Algebra and Geometry.
Prerequisite for the Second Year Student: This class is open to all 11th and 12th graders who have earned a "C" or better in Engineering Technologies I.

One Period Class
Computers & Networking—This class is open to all 9th through 12th graders who have earned a "B" or better in Algebra I or are enrolled in Algebra I. Learn client server operating systems, networking protocols, work-station management, building computers and hardware maintenance.
