Students in the Engineering & Technical Systems Academy will choose either the Automotive Technology, Building Trades or Engineering Technologies program. Regardless of their choice, students will benefit from a collaborative teaching model and will have the opportunity to work with teachers and students in all three programs, expanding their knowledge and skill base and practicing 21st Century skills to prepare for today's workplace. As the United States continues to compete in a global economy that demands innovation, NWTC academies provide tools and resources to help students be prepared for college and careers by fusing the three R's and four C's (critical thinking and problem solving, communication, collaboration, and creativity and innovation).
